  • Lukáš is one of the leading experts in software law in the Czech Republic. He also deals with complex corporate transactions. JUDR. JIŘÍ ČERMÁK - OF COUNSEL

  • Jiří specializes in information technology law (in particular, computer and software law, internet law, and IT outsourcing), as well as intellectual property law (especially trademark, copyright, and media law) and related litigation. He served as an attorney and held the position of a partner at the international law firm Baker McKenzie in Prague for over 21 years. During his tenure, he assumed the role of the head of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. Bicycle, badminton, fitness. With advancing age and injuries, he traded rugby for bonsai.
