JUDR. LUKÁŠ JANSA - ATTORNEY AT LAW

  • Lukáš is one of the leading experts in software law in the Czech Republic. He also deals with complex corporate transactions. He is co-author of the professional publications "Software Law" and "Internet Law" and publishes articles in the field of information technology law. He lectures at conferences and professional seminars. And when he is not being a legal guide for IT companies, he becomes a guide in mountains all over the world, takes photographs and admires architecture and art.
  • He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and is registered in the list of attorneys under No. 10168.
  • From January 1, 2017, to 2019, he was a member of the Working Commission for Private Law of the Legislative Council of the Government of the Czech Republic.
  • Since January 1, 2018, he has been a member of the advisory body of the Czech Bar Association - Section for IT and GDPR.
  • He worked as an external lecturer of commercial law at the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc.
